The decision on appointment was made unanimously. T. Zurabiani was nominated by the new Chair of the Committee, Irakli Beraia. 

The Deputy Finance Minister, Giorgi Kakauridze introduced the documents for ratification – Letter-Agreement of the Change N3 to the Loan Agreement between Georgia and ADB of October 26, 2015 (special transactions) (urban service improvement investment program – project 5) envisages consumption of the saved funds (8 ml USD) for: acquisition of the equipment for Kutaisi Water Supply System construction and inclusion of the construction-rehabilitation of Zugdidi Water Supply Systems and Telavi Water Supply Systems of the project 3 to the project 5; Letter-Agreement of the Change N3 to the Loan Agreement between Georgia and ADB of October 26, 2015 (ordinary transactions) (urban service improvement investment program – project 5) envisages consumption of the saved funds (8 ml USD) for: acquisition of the equipment for Kutaisi Water Supply System construction and inclusion of the construction-rehabilitation of Zugdidi Water Supply Systems and Telavi Water Supply Systems of the project 3 to the project 5; Letter-Agreement of the Change N2 to the Loan Agreement between Georgia and ADB of December 15, 2016 (ordinary transactions) (urban service improvement investment program – project 6) envisages consumption of the saved funds (4 ml USD) for: financing technical-economic surveys and detailed design of Chiatura, Bakuriani and Mitarbi water supply and sewerage systems; Loan Agreement between KFW, Frankfurt and Georgia (Batumi communal water infrastructure) was signed on October 7, 2019 and envisages allocation of the loan of 60 ml EURO by KFW to Georgia with the term of 15 years (5 years are preferential) for rehabilitation of the sewerage systems of Khelvachauri, Mejinistskali, Kakhaberi, Adlia-Airport, Makhinjauri and Mtsvane Kontskhi in Batumi, as well as construction of the water reservoir.

The Committee approved the documents.
