The Parliament discussed for the III reading and adopted the Draft Law on Tourism and the deriving Bills with 77 votes, regulating the issues related to the state policy on tourism, legal regulation of touristic activity, state registration of the touristic subjects, touristic package and combined touristic services etc.

The draft also stipulates the activity of the travel guides and the approaches and norms related to legal enforcement.

The Law shall become effective upon promulgation.
