The Parliament of Georgia has unanimously approved Archil Kochlamazashvili’s candidacy for the position of Supreme Court judge with 89 votes in favour.

The nomination was reviewed by the Legal Issues Committee and, following a decision by the Bureau of Parliament, was submitted to the plenary session for a vote.

Speaker of Parliament Shalva Papuashvili congratulated Archil Kochlamazashvili on his appointment and wished him success in his judicial duties.
