The Deputy Chair of the Defense and Security Committee, Vladimir Chachibaia held a meeting with the Head of the Delegation of the Netherlands Veterans Institute, Brigade General, Paul Hoefsloot and the Delegation members.

The parties dwelt on the legal base regulating the issues of the former military serviceman and veterans and agreed on the exchange of experience. According to V. Chachibaia, the Dutch experience in the protection of the veterans is interesting and the positive dynamics of the cooperation between the respective agencies of Georgia and the Netherlands are to be hailed.

The meeting, also attended by the Chief of the State Service of Veterans of Georgia, Koba Kobaladze, was also dedicated to the consideration of the response visit of the Georgian Delegation to the Netherlands. The visit of the Dutch veterans is organized by the NGO “Civil Council on Defense and Security”.
