The Deputy Chair of the Defense and Security Committee, Vladimir Chachibaia held a meeting with the Dutch military expert, Caecilia Johanna van Peski to discuss the social policy in the defense sphere, aid for the veterans, and rights of the conscripts, as well as the surveys and findings of NGO “Civil Council on Defense and Security”.

The Dutch expert introduced the Dutch model and experience on the military social policy and stressed the mental aid and rehabilitation of the wounded and injured soldiers.

The meeting was backed by the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF).
