Akaki Zoidze: the state will fully cover the treatment costs for all injured

The Chair of the Health Care and Social Issues Committee, Akaki Zoidze visited the persons injured on June 20 in the New Hospital and informed them about full coverage of their treatment by the state.

“The state will fully cover the treatment costs for all injured, including the costs for the treatment abroad if necessary. It is the intact position of the Government”.

He estimated June 20 developments stating that it was a tragedy that the irresponsible politicians triggered confrontation between the police and the citizens.

The unrest claimed 240 injured 39 of which remain in the hospitals.
