The Chair of the Culture Committee, Eliso Bolkvadze and MP Savalan Mirzoev met with the member of the Alternate Board of Heydar Aliyev Foundation of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, Soltan Mammadov and deliberated on the specifications of the Foundation.

As noted, the priority of the Foundation is set on culture and education spheres and the Foundation undertakes numerous projects in these directions, including in Georgia.

The Director of the Foundation thanked Mme. Bolkvadze for her activity oriented to the facilitation of the cultural relations of the two nations at the Committee level and for facilitating the Azerbaijani young talents in participating in the international competitions and festivals. The parties discussed further cooperation in joint cultural programs.

The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Georgia to Azerbaijan, H.E. Zurab Pataridze, and the representatives of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
