The Chair of the Education and Science Committee, Giorgi Amilakhvari and the Committee member, Khatuna Kvitsiani, within the thematic inquiry on high-quality education and accessibility thereto for ethnic minorities, held the meeting with NGOs in Samtskhe-Javakheti working on the education issues to discuss the challenges in the educational sphere.

“We heard about all the challenges constituting the impediment in the process of teaching the official language for ethnic minorities in Samtskhe-Javakheti since we believe that the effective solution of the problems requires the identification of thereof on the place”, - Kh. Kvitsiani stated.

The thematic inquiry is backed by NDI and held with the financial support of UK Aid.
