The Chair of the Education and Science Committee, Giorgi Amilakhvari held a meeting with the Ambassador of Latvia, H.E. Edīte Medne.

At the introductory meeting, the parties deliberated the reforms in the education and science sphere and cooperation prospects.

“With the newly appointed Ambassador, we discussed the education and science reforms, as well as the cooperation between Georgia and Latvia. We touched upon the directions of the educational sphere allowing the inculcation of the double-validity diplomas and shared programs”, - G. Amilakhvari stated
