Independent MP, Giorgi Khojevanishvili held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France, H.E. Diego Colas to discuss a key issue on the agenda of the meeting, the application of Georgia for the reception of the status of the EU member state, and the related issues.

According to Georgian MP, Georgia expects the support of the European partners on the EU integration path and the position of France is crucial in this regard.

He informed the French diplomat about the visit served by Georgian MPs to Brussels last week and dwelt on the meetings held in the political capital and their outcomes.
