The leader of the parliamentary majority, Irakli Kobakhidze, convened a meeting with the visiting delegation from the Venice Commission, led by its Director/Secretary, Simona Granata-Menghini. During the meeting, the parties discussed matters of cooperation and various draft laws that have seen the Parliament of Georgia adopting recommendations put forth by the Venice Commission.

Throughout the meeting, we specifically focused on various facets of our collaboration, with particular emphasis on matters concerning the judiciary and electoral affairs, engaging in in-depth discussions on these specific subjects”, - Irakli Kobakhidze noted after the meeting.
