Irakli Medzmariashvili, Chairman of the Sports Committee, met with excellent students of Ergneti and Nikozi public schools.

Irakli Medzmariashvili introduced the main activities of the Sports Committee to the schoolchildren and talked about successful athletes.

"The students showed keen interest in the activities of the legislative body and the sports committee firsthand. I hope that many of these children will grow up to become successful civil servants and parliament members. We aspire to have schoolchildren from settlements near the occupied territories visit the parliament frequently, enabling young people to gain more insight into the legislative body and the process of lawmaking", - Irakli Medzmariashvili stated.

The Committee Chairman accompanied the schoolchildren to various locations, including the session hall of the parliament, the Museum of Georgian Parliamentarism, and the Boris Paichadze National Stadium.
