The Chair of the Regional Policy and Self-Government Committee, Kakha Kakhishvili held a meeting with the Secretary General of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, Mathieu Mori and deliberated on the cooperation between Georgia and the Congress.

The parties touched upon the decentralization issues and the respective progress and challenges.

The meeting, held within the project of the CoE Congress “Strengthening Participatory Democracy and Human Rights at Local Level in Georgia”, was attended by the Committee member, Merab Kvaraia and the representatives of the Congress.
