The Caucasus International University hosted the First Deputy Chair of the Education and Science Committee and the Chair of the PACE Subcommittee on Media and Information Society, Tamar Taliashvili on “Intellectual Property and Youth”.

The reporter dwelt on the stages of the development of the intellectual property law, legal challenges of the industrial property and the EU survey on the IP and the youth. The lecture was held in a hybrid format.

The students were allowed to inquire detailed information about the issues relevant to the youth about the intellectual property.

It is noteworthy that the visit of T. Taliashvili coincided with the establishment of the “Law Club” at the Faculty of Law aiming at the facilitation of the students' activities.
