The Trust Group held a hearing of the representatives of the State Security Service and the Interior Ministry reporting on the situation in the occupied regions of Georgia and the security milieu at the occupation line.

“The leadership of the State Security Service and the Interior Ministry provided us with detailed information about the situation in the occupied regions and the recent developments. They overviewed the steps and events undertaken in response to the occupation-related problems and threats. The Trust Group keeps thematic hearings on the issues related to the national security and defense”, - the Head of the Group, Irakli Beraia stated.

The meeting was attended by the Group members, Chair of the Legal Committee Anri Okhanashvili, and the First Deputy Chair of the Defense and Security Committee Alexander Tabatadze
