The Parliament is electing the Auditor General within the current session week as declared by the Speaker, Shalva Papuashvili at the Bureau.

“September 20 is the last day and hence, tomorrow we are voting on this issue”, - he stated.

The candidate for the Auditor General, Tsotne Kavlashvili has already been heard by the Budget and Finance Committee; the Committee has developed the respective conclusion.
