MPs approve the Draft Code of Administrative Offenses

The Parliament discussed and adopted the Draft Code of Administrative Offenses with 82 votes, introduced by the Chair of the Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee, Rati Ionatamishvili.
The amendments regulate the import, export, manufacture and/or sale of pyrotechnics in Georgia.
The legal package also prohibits the participants of rallies or manifestations from: using laser and/or sharp radiation devices, that may hinder the representatives of the state agencies in implementing their official duties or due operation of the state technical machinery, also from covering faces with masks or other means.
