Parliament to Reconsider Bill on Deoligarchization in II Reading

The Parliament returned the bill on Deoligarchization previously passed in two readings for reconsideration in II reading.
The conclusion of the Venice Commission, which is connected to the further clarification of the issues of deoligarchization, is the reason for this, as the speaker, the Head of the Legal Issues Committee, Anri Okhanashvili, explained.
"We have decided not to consider the draft law in the third reading and to present the corrected version at the following plenary session. Our task is to continue discussing this conclusion and recommendations at the Committee session, to clarify the issues related to the draft law that, in the Venice Commission's opinion, require further clarification and correction", - Anri Okhanashvili stated.
