The meeting of former Faction “Lelo – Partnership for Georgia” with the PACE Monitoring Committee

“The PACE Monitoring Group gives an intermittent assessment to the fulfillment of the commitments by Georgia assumed towards the CoE. These commitments are directly related to the degree of the protection of rights of our citizens and the functioning of the democratic process in the country”, - Ana Natsvlishvili stated after the meeting.
The parties discussed the political processes, the political, economic and social situation in the country, the importance of the fulfillment of the Charles Michel document and the electoral and judicial reform.
“We touched upon the steps taken by the Georgian Dream in prejudice to the country, starting from the unilateral secession from the April 19 Agreement up to the hostile speech, creation of the icon of the enemy, politicized jurisdiction, pressure on the media and political opponents and the initiation of the constant tension in the country”, - she added.
