Meeting of Kakha Kutchava with US Senators, Jeanne Shaheen and Rob Portman

The Speaker, Kakha Kutchava met with US Senators, Democrat Jeanne Shaheen and Republican Rob Portman to discuss the enhancement of cooperation and put a spotlight on the strategic partnership and achievements between Georgia and the United States, which exists in all areas of the partnership.
The Speaker expanded on his recent visit to the US and noted that the visit of US lawmakers is another manifestation of the strong support of the United States for Georgia and is very important in the light of the challenges in the region.
K. Kutchava dwelt on the current political processes in Georgia and heard the opinions of Senators in this direction.

The Senators reaffirmed the bipartisan support of the US Congress for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders.
