The Parliament of Georgia and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey signed the Cooperation Document

The Speaker of Georgian Parliament, H.E. Shalva Papuashvili and the Speaker of the Turkish Parliament, H.E. Mustafa Şentop signed the updated Cooperation Document between the Parliaments.
The Document envisages the parties to facilitate the enhancement of the regular contacts and the bilateral visits for the development of the legal acts, exchange of experience and sharing of the Parliamentary practice.
Besides, the signatory parties shall organize the consultations on the mutually useful international issues, support each other within the international Parliamentary organizations and enhance the dialogue and cooperation in this sphere.
The Document envisages the development of the training programs and cooperation projects to facilitate the exchange of experience and best practices between the Staffs of the Georgian and Turkish Parliaments.
The Document was signed within the visit of the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
