The Opposition MPs held the 2nd meeting with NGOs to discuss the electoral issues in view of the fulfillment of the EU 12-point recommendations.

According to the “Reforms Group” MP, Giorgi Vashadze, this meeting is very important, especially against the background of the election of the CEC Chair.

“We heard the position of the civil sector and now, as the Chair of the Central Election Commission is to be elected, the tie one task is for the President to exercise her responsibility. The changes necessary for the fulfillment of the 12-point plan will have been developed by the Opposition for September to step up at the judgment of our population and the international society upright”, - he stated.
