The Procedural Issues and Rules Committee approved the resolution on the pre-term termination of the Powers of MP for Giorgi Tsagareishvili

The Committee discussed the termination of the Powers of MP for Giorgi Tsagareishvili.


As the Chair of the Committee, Irakli Kadagishvili elucidated, G. Tsagareishvili was appointed as the Deputy Minister of IDPs, Labor, Health and Social Protection, the position which is in incompliance with the status of the Member of Parliament; hence, the powers of MP for G. Tsagareishivli shall be terminated ahead of time.


The Committee approved the draft resolution.
