The Speaker, H.E. Shalva Papuashvili was received in the audience by the Queen of Denmark, H.M. Margrethe II.

In the audience, the sides highlighted the fact that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Georgia and the Kingdom of Denmark, and stressed the importance of the visit of the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia to Denmark.

The two sides welcomed the expanding dynamics of cooperation between the two countries, with a special emphasis on Denmark's intention to open an Embassy in Georgia.

Shalva Papuashvili expressed his gratitude to the Kingdom of Denmark for its support of Georgia's territorial integrity, European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations, and democratic development.
