The Majority recalled Zurab Abashidze from the position of the Vice-Speaker

The Speaker, David Usupashvili stated: “There is the statement by the majority addressed to me, in which the majority leader informs that on the basis of the paragraph 4, article 113 of the Rules of Procedure, the Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, nominated by majority, Zurab Abashidze is recalled from the position. As you know, the Rules of Procedure prescribes some procedures and defines the authorized persons. Mr. Abashidze was elected with nomination by majority. In line with the paragraph 4, article 113 of the Rules of Procedure, the nominating subject is authorized to recall the nominated persons. So, please take note of this issue and made the relevant record to the protocol. The Rules of Procedure does not provide voting. This is the right of the nominating subject”.
