The Deputy Chair of the Faction “National Movement”, Salome Samadashvili met with the EUMM Head, Erik Høeg.

The parties discussed the case of tragic death of Archil Tatunashvili and delivery of his body to Georgia. The parties touched upon the security issues on the occupied territories and the situation in the region.

“The EUMM is actively involved in crisis-resulted negotiations. We heard their assessments about the murder of Archil Tatunashvili and the fact that the body is not yet delivered to Georgia and to his family. We heard the information about the measures by the international society to ensure timely delivery of the body to his family. We also touched upon the situation on the occupied territories and security and safety issues in the adjacent regions”, - S. Samdashvili stated.
