MPs Sofo Kiladze, Shota Khabareli and Simon Nozadze met with the local residents of the villages Osiauri, Sative and Akhalsofeli, Khashuri Municipality.

The meeting was attended by the Representative to Shida Kartli, Giorgi Khojevanishvili, Deputy Environmental Minister Gela Khanishvili and the representatives of the local authority.

The parties discussed the state and municipal programs stressing the infrastructural, healthcare, education, social protection and agricultural projects. The authorities introduced the programs scheduled in these villages of Khashuri Municipality and emphasized efficiency of agricultural program and importance of civic engagement. The local residents raised their needs and problems.

According to the officials, such meetings with the citizens simplify planning of the upcoming years as the information they obtain is directly from the population and reflects certain needs of the villages.
