The Procedural Issues and Rules Committee elected Khatuna Gogorishvili as the Deputy-Chair
The candidacy of Kh. Gogorishvilin was nominated by UNM with the minority quote to substitute D. Sakvarelidze due to termination of authority thereof.
The Committee considered authority of T. Nergadze to substitute G. Agulashvili. As G. Kakhiani noted, CEC has submitted the ordinance by the CEC Chair with the attached documentation.
The ordinance provides: “to recognize the candidacy of Teimuraz Nergadze (Block Party List N90) as the substitute for Gigla Agulasvhili (Block Party List N27) elected by party list of the Electoral Block “Bidzina Ivanishvili – Georgian Dream”.
The Committee considered recognition of T. Nergadze as MP to be expedient. The conclusion of the Committee will be submitted to the Bureau to be included in the agenda for the nearest session.
