The topic of the events was Circassian-Georgian relations. The participants were guests from Kabardino-Balkaria and one of the leaders of public movement “Hase”. The dialogue touched upon Georgia-Circassia relations and was stated that it is important to restore Georgia-Circassia and Georgian-North Caucasian relations especially in cultural terms. This was the topic of the monograph of Historian Niko Javakhishvli “History of Circassian-Georgian relations”.

The book was published several years ago in Georgian and today it was presented in Russian. The book describes some historical events on close relations between our nations. The editor in chief is Director of CCC, Merab Chukhua. As he stated, the book represents scientific angle of Circassian-Georgian relations. The idea is to publish e-book in English. Gubaz Sanikidze addressed the attendees and hoped that these relations will further be developed.

The leader of Hase called this fact important and hoped for further enhancement. Circassian guests were handed the book-album Circassian Guide and Circassian Language comparative semantic dictionary the authors of which are young employees of CCC, Mariam Bezhitashvili and Alexander Kvakhadze.
