The Head of the Georgia-UAE Friendship Group, Irakli Chikovani held an introductory meeting with the newly appointed UAE Ambassador, Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed Taher Al Nuaimi and discussed the further cooperation aspects.

“We enjoy truly high cooperation dynamics between our countries, which is expressed in the high-level exchange visits and intensive economic cooperation. At the meeting, I underlined that the enhancement of the partnership and friendship with the Arab Emirates is of high importance for Georgia. We agreed to maintain intensive links. Last year, we held the online meeting of the Friendship Groups, which we plan to repeat this year. We also work on the visit of the Speaker to the Arab Emirates”, - I. Chikovani commented to the media.
