Meeting of Levan Karumidze and Khatia Tsilosani with Members of the Parliamentary Delegation of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

The First Deputy Chair of the EU Integration Committee, Levan Karumidze, and a member of the Committee, Khatia Tsilosani met with members of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to discuss the enhancement of parliamentary diplomacy between the two countries.
The parties expanded on the situation and security challenges created in the region as a result of Russia's hostilities in Ukraine and discussed the European integration process of Georgia and the steps taken in this direction.
"We talked about the regional dynamics at the moment and the difficulties Georgia faces. We discussed Georgia's accomplishments in this area as well as the implementation of 12 recommendations. We decided that our parliamentary relations would be more active. Luxembourg has reaffirmed that it is actively supporting Georgia's EU membership process”, - Levan Karumidze remarked.
