The Parliament unanimously, with 100 votes elected the Chair of the Political Group “Girchi”, Iago Khvichia as a member of the Prosecutor’s Council.

I. Khvichia was elected with the Parliamentary opposition quota.

The following candidates were also nominated: Levan Bezhashivli by the Faction “United National Movement – Unified Opposition “Unity Makes Strength”; Paata Manjgaladze by the “Reforms Group”; and Ana Natsvlishvili by the Political Group “Lelo – Partnership for Georgia”.
