The parties spoke about Georgia-Caucasus relations, problems and prospects. “We cherish the way Georgians and Caucasians have passed. It requires scientific study. The Centre has already created books on this issue, some in English, some in e-format. We speak about future plans for better coordination between the Centre and the Committee. In order to develop relations with Northern Caucasian people, we shall direct our links to progress, strength and success”, - M. Chukhua stated.

The meeting was attended by the Head of Georgian-Khundzian Association, Marko Khafezov. He spoke about implemented projects and noted that “The Knight in the Panther’s Skin” is already translated into Avarian language, the dictionary is created and some classic novels are being translated. “Good relations with Northern people is security of our country. We shall not become Europeans but become Caucasian Europeans. In this direction the Committee has support by the Speaker and the Government, especially by the Prime Minister”, - G. Sanikidze noted. The parties planned to hold the enlarged sitting to invite experts and consider projects.
