The Deputy Chair of the Defense and Security Committee, member of Georgia-Kyrgyzstan Friendship Group, Koba Kobaladze met with the Kyrgyz MPs to discuss inter-Parliamentary cooperation.

The guests asked about the progress of Georgia and the steps made for institutionalization of the country. The parties touched upon the Parliamentary oversight.

“The meeting was very interesting and important. The guests asked about the Parliamentary oversight mechanisms, transparent institutional administration of the country, relations between the Governmental branches, law-enforcement reforms, universal defense organization etc. We touched upon bilateral cooperation and as our guests stated, experience of Georgia in various directions is very important. We agreed to share experience in different fields and outlined the future cooperation plans”, - K. Kobaladze noted.
