The Procedural Issues and Rules Committee ratified the credentials of the Member of Parliament, Zurab Khachidze
The Committee discussed the ratification of the credentials of Zurab Khachidze as the substitute to MP Otar Chrdileli.
According to the Chair, Guram Macharashvili, the Committee received the respective documents on Z. Khachidze from the Central Election Commission which is in full compliance with the applicable law, on the basis of which the Committee is entitled to submit the ratification of the credentials of Z. Khachidze to the Bureau.
The Committee applied the respective authority envisaged under the Rules of Procedure and raised yet another issue – the application by the member of the LEPL Pension Agency Investment Council, David Tsiklauri on resignation.
The Committee staff has verified and confirmed that D. Tsiklauri resigns on his own will. The Committee approved the issues.
