Shalva Papuashvili appealing to the President with the request to convene the extraordinary session

The Speaker, Shalva Papuashvili, pursuant to paragraph 2, Article 44 of the Constitution of Georgia, appealed to the President with the request to convene the extraordinary session on June 3 at 11h00 with the estimated agenda, including:

  • Justified comments of the President concerning the Election Code;
  • Draft Law on Broadcasting for the III reading;
  • Draft Law on Copyrights and Adjoining Rights for the III reading;
  • Draft Law on Healthcare for the III reading;
  • Draft Defense Code for the II reading.
