The Committee unanimously approved the ratification of the credentials of Valeri Gelashvili in substitution to Karlo Kopaliani and discussed with the III reading the bill by Giorgi Kakhiani and Guram Macharashvili on the Rule of Use of State Symbols of Georgia and the bill on Rules of Procedure.

G. Macharashvili introduced the minor editorial changes and the Committee approved the documents.

The Committee also discussed the quotation of the Parliamentary Delegations, namely as elucidated by G. Macharashvili, the Delegation to GUAM PA has one vacant position for the reserve MP, and the Delegation to PABSEC has minus one position.

The respective change shall be introduced regarding the quotas of the Faction “Georgian Dream” to these delegations – one reserved position shall be excepted from the Delegation to PABSEC to be added to the Delegation to GUAM PA.

The change has been adopted on the basis of the consultations between the Independent MPs and Parliamentary administration. The Committee approved the issues.
