We often speak about soft power and threats of Russian propaganda and imagine the situation when such a person is promoted by Shklyarov”, - the Speaker stated at the Bureau.

He responded to the statements of the opposition estimating that PR campaign of Grigol Vashadze is held in Russian style.

“Mr. Kapanadze often speaks about Russian soft power, threats and when the candidate at the second place is promoted by a Russian persons, Shklyarov in Russian style, it is not the matter of his origin solely but when you watch Rustavi2, you can find no difference with RTR or ORT, and when you scroll social networks seeing filthy campaign flowing on daily-basis, it is a Russian style as well. Why don’t you see the Russian soft power problem and Russian propaganda threat here? It is crystal clear, though as Ms. Salome Zurabishvili stated, Vashadze and Russia will never get in Georgia back”.
